Need urgent clarification on Tier 2 ICT Please

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Murali. I am renewing my "Tier 2 ICT Long Term leave to remain" visa.

I need few clarificaitons.

History of my UK clearance:

I first came to UK on "Tier-2 Established Staff" on 8-Jan-2011 with following details on my visa.

Visa Valid from : 05-Jan-2011
visa Valid untill : 30-Jan-2012


For the second time, I renewed my visa by posting the application form on 16-Jan-2012 and got "T2 ICT LONG TERM LEAVE TO REMAIN" Residence permit card (BRP) with following details.

Issue on: 01-May-2012
Valid untill: 13-02-2012


Clarification 1:
----------------
There is no "Valid from" date mentioned on my Residence Permit card.Do you consider "Issued on" and "Valid from" the same ?

If it is same, my stay in UK from "31-Jan-2012" to "30-Apr-2012" will be uncounted. Could you please clarify on this ?


Clarification 2:

I am renewing my current visa "T2 ICT LONG TERM LEAVE TO REMAIN"

In Tier2applicaiton (Please find attached), following questions are under section L.

L1. What category are you applying for ?
L4. Are you applying for leave that would take your total leave under the ICT category
to more than 3 years? Please refer to the help text for L4 for more information on the
calculation of this period.

I would like to answer these question with following answers.

Answer for L1: Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfer) extending leave beyond three years. Go to question L2
Answer for L2: Yes

Could you please correct me if my answers are wrong ?
