A couple of questions

Post by xyz111 » Mon Jan 28, 2013 3:14 pm

Hi All,

Just read in one of the threads that after 25th March life in the UK test will be based on 3rd edition of the books as opposed to current second edition.

Q1: I have 2nd edition preparation material so if I take the test before 25th March then will I be able to use this result when I apply for ILR in June this year?

Q2: I have a gap on 1.5 months between EC and travelling to the UK. Also I came in as WP holder and then switched to Tier 1 (G) within UK. Can I claim this gap for continuous residence period?!

Thanks.

1. As long as you pass the test, it should not matter which one it is.

2. Yes.
Please do not send me PM if I haven't sent you one yet.
