Documents Wife settlement visa: questions

Hi,
Sorry for starting a new thread but could not find relevant threads containing answers to my question:

1. As an evidence of my marriage, I will be showing my court marriage certificate, engagement/marriage pictures, marriage invitation cards. Do I still need to print off email/call logs even when I have provided all the above
or the above are sufficient?

2. I see people submit attested copies of husband's passport. Who should be able to attest them?

3. My wife enrolled in Distance learning master's program in India. The degree as such is recognised in the PBS calculator but I am worried if the distance learning program could create any problem?

4. I have just moved my flat and I am flying to India for my marriage after which I will immediately file my visa. I have the tenancy agreement but all the past bills are in the old address. Should the tenancy agreement not be enough to support my residence address in UK?

I know it is a lengthy set of questions but any help will be very much appreciated.
