Hi folks,

Could anyone please clarify one moment for me?

I'm switching from PSW to Tier 2.

What can we argue about during the appeal process? For example, if I get rejected due to a low salary or wrong job description, can my employer say that they have raised my salary and is there a chance that I get my application accepted through the appeal process?

Essentially, what information can be changed in the application during the appeal process?

Is there a UKBA document about it?

Essentially new evidence not submitted at the time of the application will not be considered and neither will a change in circumstances occurring after the date of decision. So you can't rely on your employer raising your salary after the application is refused.
