Spousal visa for Tunisian husband

Could anyone please help me with the following queries. I contacted world bridge and they were of no help at all!
1. In respect of the evidence for proving our relationship are copies of wedding cards etc acceptable or even a photo of them. I don't want to give them the originals in case I don't get them back.
2. I bank with Halifax but have online statement. I don't intend to submit the visa until may but wanted to be prepared so have changed my statements to paper but will only have 2-3 by then so I went to the bank and got them to print off last 6 months and stamp every page and give me a covering letter explaining they are correct. However it's dated 29 jan2013. Would this be acceptable.
3. I booked all my travel over the Internet so only have email confirmation of flights etc. is this acceptable?
4. As sponsor would my passport be acceptable as proof of age as well and am I required to get this validated and if so could I use the post office as previously mentioned on these forums?
5. Do photos of us, family etc together need to state on the back who everyone is?
6. My Skype records are extracted onto a wordplay doc. Is this acceptable as evidence of contact.
7. Before Skype we used to phone each other and I have records of my calls but my husband has a pay as you go phone so how do we evidence thinks his number. We have never bought credit using a card but he does still have the same number?

Any advise would be gratefully received.
