I am a bit confused with the term No Win No Fee...
If a solicitors decides to take on your immigration case and says they can instruct a JR on No Win No Fee basis than what is the pre-Action fees they charge privately.
If they are successful with JR do you get the that money back or its just a promise of what could be done if in future the need arises ie could be a year or more.
Or if am correct is that just a solicitor fee for them to represent you in your case and does not necessary mean a JR? more like sweet talk to suck you in so you become there client???
Please help need to make decision as soon as Monday
