How to apply for settlement of your parents in Pakistan

Hello,

If all my brother and sisters are settle in UK then how can we or I apply for the UK settlement of my parents who are in Pakistan. They usually come to visit us but would it be possible to apply for ILR for them or any other settlement option available? What documents or requirements we need to fulfill for this.

FYI! my father is 60+ and mother about 58 years old. It might help answering the question.

This is the key requirement:

* You need long-term personal care to perform every day tasks, such as washing and cooking.

* The care you need is not available in the country where you are living, either because it is not available and there is no person in the country where you are living who can reasonably provide it or it is not affordable.
