Daughter's (One year - born in India) ILR Eligibility

Post by bkcsit2004 » Wed Feb 06, 2013 4:22 pm

Please clarify my situation :

I'm currently on Tier 1 General visa valid until April 2014, my dependents (Wife and Daughter 1 year old) have got their Tier 1 dependent visas in May 2012 which are valid till Apr 2014 (same as main applicant)

I'm eligible for applying Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) as per five years continuous stay in UK.

My wife and daughter have joined me in UK in August 2012, I understand from new immigration rules my wife is only eligible for ILR in August 2014 (2 years stay)

My question is around my Daughter eligibility for ILR, is she eligible for applying ILR along with me ? She was born in Jan 2012

Request experts of this forum to clarify on my query ?
