I have a question regarding the accomodation requirements. Did you submiited any property inspection report/ letter from local council that the property is suitable for X number of ppl. I have seen a few posts where it has been advised to submit this.

Hi,

Planning to apply for my wife and step child's visa. I am a UK national. Currently on a temp assignment (9 months maternity contract) with 25k salary.

Do I meet the salary criteria?
Do I need a letter from the employer plus my job contract?
As I have only started this assignment would I need to show last 12 months of income?

Please advise

No I didn't submit property inspection report. I submitted tenancy agreement and a letter from landlord.

I'm not sure about your question 1 and 3. But yeah for question 3 you will need a letter from employer and your contract.
