Application help

Hello
I am on PSW and planned to set-up a small design consultancy firm now. I have access to £50K. It is obvious that at the moment I do not have any work/contracts from client and it may take next six month when I may get some design work from some client. I have not invested any money so far but have £50K to invest.
My questions-
1) Do I need some proof at the time of my application that I have got work/contracts from some client?
2) Do I need to show at the time of application that I have set-up office etc and invested some money?
OR
I can apply now on the basis of future plan as nothing has happened in reality now but intention is to set-up all and get work from clients in next 12 months.
