My spouses been working with the same employer since 1998 and earning 21000 annually. We are going to apply in March 2013. Recently she had pay increase in November which increase her salary to 21000 and before this my spouse was getting 20430 annually.
Now the confusion is we know my spouse crossed the financial requirement but in Appendix - visa application there is a question which asking whether my spouse earning the same salary for the past 6 months? but she is not technically as her salary increased in November.
3.12 Has your sponsor been in employment with the same employer and earning the amount, as detailed in 3.11 above,
continuously for 6 months prior to the date of the application? (Category A)
Can anyone clear my mind please?
