The answer to your question depends on their eligibility. How long has your wife been in the UK, how long have you been married to her, and what is her immigration status?

Hi Lucapooka,

2.how long have you been married to her, -- We married on 2006, but she came back to uk with the baby 2007

3 and what is her immigration status? --- currently she is holding the Tier1 dependant

So, they can both be included on your SET(O) application. Check you get the right payment structure for 1 applicant and 2 dependants. £1983 by post or £2755 in person
