I Have applied for my spouses visa under the below category
9.8. Directors of Limited Companies
I am worried about the following requirements
a) Where the self-employed person is listed as a director of the company and draws a
salary from the gross profits of the company:
(i) wage slips covering the same period as the Company Tax Return CT600; and
(ii) evidence of payment of PAYE and Class 1 National Insurance contributions where
applicable covering the same period as the Company Tax Return CT600, where this
evidence is available at the date of application.
When I applied for my wife’s visa in December,my self assessment had not been done as the deadline was 31 January. My account doses not provide me wage slips as my directors salry is £6785, which is below the NI threshold. My account has not registered me for PAYE for this reason. My self assessment which has now been done is for my dividends which are £17300.
My question is how can I provide the above details if I do not receive wage slips and have not registered for PAYE
Second question my accountant has provided me with my accounts for Aug 31 2011 to Aug 31 2012. The accounts seam fine but I have now realised my accountant is not registered with any uk accredited accountant body. As this is a requirement I am afraid that my application will be refused
How can I get around this problem if I need to appeal?
The above two points are worrying me and I am afraid my application will fail on these points. How likely is it my application will fail on these points? I have not added any explanation why these documents were not submitted in my application .
