I am working through tier2(ICT). My ILR is due in coming months.
I work for Indian MNC. I get two components in my Pay - Indian salary and UK allowance. My Indian salary have a India payslip (shown in Indain rupees). This amount get converted to UK Pounds and deposited in my UK account monthly.
I get two payslip eachmonth. One for UK allowance shown in Pounds and one - Indian salary - Payslip shown in Indian rupees.
My Bank statement have two entires every month. UK allowance and Indian salary (converted to pounds - based on exchange rate at that time.).
My Question: Will there be any problem at the time of ILR. Caseworker may ask additional question like how he will verify Indian salary to Bank statement?
Also there is no information of tax deducted and NI contribution each month. Case worker may ask this question but I do nt have any clue.
Will agent be a useful solution to my case.

You should have sorted this out before the Section 5 Query.

The net amount is very clear by looking the bank statement and by converting Indian rupees amount to GBP+UK allowance.
I have one strong argument;
I am getting visa extension every year from last three years. I assume if UKBA is accepting my salary slip from last 3 years then why not at the time of ILR.
But it depended upon case worker.
That's why I am thinking to take services of solicitor.

As long as you can show proof that you are getting the salary(Salary you indicated in Section 5 Query is £ 39,000/=) mentioned in WP and it is higher than SOC salary, you are O.K. Also there should be Paye tax and NI paid on this salary to HMRC,each month. . Get a letter form your Employer to substantiate this. Please also have your P 60s, for all the years as proof. Your application is not looked at by the same case worker all the time. Each one will look at differently and ask for other documents.

1. My take home is more than £39000/. Bank statement is a evidence for this claim. The only challenge is salary slip. I get two salary slip each month. One in UK GBP. The other one is in Indian rupees( converted to UK pound at prevailing exchange rate). The UK Bank account number is mentioned in both the salary slip.
2. I will get employer letter mentioning SOC code and annual salary.
3. I have P 60 for last 4 years.
4. In my salary slip there is no mention of NI and tax deduction. This is organisation wise practice. We get this information in P 60 only.
5. I can carry a cover letter explaining two salary slips concepts on my company.
Do you think , I should carry cov letter?

4. Not indicating NI and Tax on Payslip- How do you know the correct Amounts have been paid to HMRC,each month.
5. You might have to carry a covering letter explaining 4 and ther 2 salary concept, from your Employer.
If you go to a PEO appointment you will have to explain all thes very clearly.,if asked to do so..Hence Employers letter. Just give documents requested by CW. Don't complicate matters by giving all the documents you carry.

I have called HMRC many times. I have written letter to HMRC for NIC and tax deducted for current financial year.
Howvere they have responded that they cannot provide details for current year. They can provide details for previous years only.
I have called HMRC at 08453000627.
If there is any method to get the monthly tax deduction and NI contribution from HMRC, please let me know.
Thanks

Recently I got the employment history from HMRC by calling 01355359022.
You should have your NI Number when you call them just for indentification. But for me it took 2 weeks to get the letter.
You should ask them to send the employement history for last 5 years.
'Employment history' is the keyword when u talk to them.
BTW, when are you appearing for the ILR?

The Employment History letter will contain the following details
1. EMployer Name
2. Empoyer Paye Reference (will match with the one in payslip)
3. Gross Income
4. Tax Paid
5. Join Date with Employer
6. End date with employer(if applicable)
Gud Luck !!!

Employment History you could get for the last 4 years only. Current year's one will be available after 1st April. Check the yearly figures on EH with your P60s. Also you need to calculate your actual deductions ,using the Tax calculator for the last 4 years. Then check whether all the figures match.

I have requested and received employment history for last 4 years from HMRC. This letter has all necessary details. The numbers matches with P 60 also. My all personal details are properly mentioned.
However HMRC is not ready to share the details of 5th Year. HMRC responded they will not able to share monthly NIC and tax deduction for running year. HMRC can share details after completion of financial year. There is one more condition with HMRC. HMRC must have received all details fom employer then only they will share employment history with individuals.
My employer share P 60 with HMRC end of May each year, so HMRC will not able to share employer letter before before June first week.
Since my ILR is due in last week of April and I do not want to delay further therefore I am very keen to get details from HMRC.
Guys if you have any other clue, please let me know.

My employer is large MNC. They share P 60 in June month. My company is not employee friendly. They are not supportive of employee request. So I have bleak chance of getting P60 before June.

There is some thing odd.I cannot comment exactly unless I see your documents. Why don't you consult a an Accountant, who provides Pay Roll services. Show your P 60s and Pay slips and ask for his professional advise. You must do this very soon.
