For my husband eea4 application do I need to include my proof of address again as well as my husband proof of address for last 5 years?
The applicant needs to demonstrate that they have lived in the UK in accordance with the regulations for the required period of time, generally five years.nidaulhaque wrote:Sorry but I still did not get answer for following question

Jambo wrote:You need to provide proof of 5 years of residence not of address. The HO don't care where you lived as long as it was in the UK. This only applies to the EEA4 applicant. It is not required for the EEA national if he holds a PR card (not older than 2 years).
no need to send residence proof.nidaulhaque wrote:Jambo thanks for your reply
Yes I have pr card which is issued on 27th feb 2013 now I am sending application for my husband on eea4 form, as you said I don't need to include my any proof of residance for past 5 years but on eea form page 25 it says
"As evidence of residence in the UK by you and your family members both currently and continuously over 5 years:
Proof of residence: this can include tenancy agreements, utility bills and bank statements. For children this could include letters from their school.""
So still I don't need to include documents to show for my residancy???
Perfect.So she'll I just send following documents
My passport
My husband passport
Marriage certificate
Pr crd
My husband 5 years proof of residance
The PR card is enough.I also needs to apply for my parents in law next years as they got rc card on my basics will this same applies to them as well??? Or do I needs to include my 5 years residancy proof,

The form refers to you (the non EEA EEA4 applicant) and any (non EEA) family member (applying also for EEA4 using the same form). It doesnt refer to the EEA national. In any case, with PR card you don't need to prove your 5 years any more.

Well it won't be the first time the call centre gave incorrect information. If you would have asked the advisor "are you certain?" I'm guessing his answer would be "no. But probably...".nidaulhaque wrote:I rang ho and asked them if I still needs to send my proof or residancy for past 5 years for my husband eea4 application and they advised yes, he said as you need to prove that you both living together so we need to see proof of both of you,
I am confused do u still think my pr will be enough to prove?? As I don't wants to confuse case worker to send extra documents
