My mate said there maybe flaws in the application and her salary may not be the required amount anyway. So in a situation like this could a person still win appeal? How can citizen advice bearaue help?humzah123 wrote:UKBA takes these issues very seriously and I do not think they will put this as a reason on a refusal letter. If they do then it will be very stupid of them as they are supposed to protect you and not expose to danger.
However, it could be that they do not get to read your letter before they make decision on this so I will suggest you to call them and speak to them (if not already) so that they can add it to your file straight away.
I think the reason they will state is that you have not provided enough evidence to support subsisting relationship but I could be wrong. If he appeals and it goes to court then you will have to state it otherwise he will win the appeal (in my opinion).
I think you should speak to Citizen Advice Bureau first as they can guide you otherwise talk to a Lawyer who will be able to guide you better.
If the salary is not the required amount, they will not be able to appeal. How long is it since the application was made?My mate said there maybe flaws in the application and her salary may not be the required amount anyway
that's not correct. If the application is refused on financial grounds this does not prevent them from appealing if they are issued with an immigration decision.riversidecreations wrote:If the salary is not the required amount, they will not be able to appeal. I am not sure if you can present evidences, at the appeal process, which you didn't provide at the time of application. But even if you assume that you cannot and his application is rejected, your problem still remains the same.Muy25 wrote:My mate said there maybe flaws in the application and her salary may not be the required amount anyway.
