investment fund 50K and maintenance fund in same account

Is there any problem if investment fund 50K and maintenance fund 2100 (two dependent) in one account (HSBC SAVINGS).

policy guidance say you may include maintenance fund with 200K but does not say about 50K. I submitted one account statement of £5250,0 I understand it sounds weird if not accepted by UKBA.

Can anyone clarify this.

As long as your account balance is more than £52100 and had maintained balance of £2100 for 90 consecutive days you are fine.

as you mention you have submitted bank statement of £52500.00 and if your balance never gone under £2100.00 in last 90 days than nothing to worry about.
