Child dependant, born in UK applying from India

My friend's kid is born in UK. They are going to India and apply for their kid's visa from there. In the online application two questions are very confusing

Have you ever traveled outside the (home)country?
Have you ever traveled to the UK?

The kid being born in UK was outside the country. But he never "traveled" to UK or outside the country.

What would be appropriate responses?
