How do i make payment to the council

Please how can my wife make payment for Naturalisation because the payment page to put card details is not on the form. Because she has appointment with the council this friday.

Well, either you can download the payment slip
from http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... y-fees.pdf

and fill it yourself or council NCS can provide you one.
