appeal help. please please, help.

hi my egyptian husband was refused a family visitor visa for 6 months and they said we have 28 days to appeal, could anybody please tell me how exactly do we appeal in egypt do we have to make an appointment to take our other supporting documents to cairo and is there an appeal fee and how long approximatly do appeals take.or would it be quicker just to make a new application?
any advice would be much apreciated.

Your husband will have been given a letter detailing the appeal process. If he can't understand that he should email it to you.

There is not point re-applying unless you can provide pre-existing evidence that satisfies the reason for the refusal.

thank you for your reply....im currently with my husband in Egypt and he was only given the refusal of uk entry letter stating why he had been refused and all it said about the appeal is that he can appeal within 28 days of recieving the decision and we recieved no more information as to how we appeal or anything.
