Post by destiniation_london » Wed Feb 27, 2013 6:05 pm

Guys,

I'm set for my appointment with NCS this weekend and as I'm flying from Belfast to London specifically for NCS - would appreciate if you all can run your eyes through my document check list , many thanks

1) Filled AN form
2) 1 Passport photo (do i need to write name and sign at the back of it)
3) Filled Payment slip (VISA debit card issued by HSBC)
4) Passport
5) LIUK test certificate
6) PSNI clearance letter (specifically for NI applicants)

Carrying with me for just in case -

1) last 6 years P60
2) All WP's and ILR letter

Anything else I'm missing or I should carry.

Thanks,

Don't need to sign on the back of the photo.....if you wish you can staple it with the form.

I do not think you need to provide Life in UK certificate as it is assumed that you have passed before getting ILR.

Apparently it's on the NCS you apply from, Hounslow one asked for the original LIUK even though when you say you used it for ILR....they want it to send it with the application...i guess it doesn't harm sending it again
