document requirements for dependents

Hi,

I'm applying for my T1 general extension in april sometime, can someone guide me what documents are required for dependents apart from passport, bank statement in both cases if I send dependents application with myself as main applicant and if I apply seperate for my dependents.
My dependents ( my wife and four children including one newborn in uk) are living with me in UK at the same address.
