Tier 2 Sponsorship license

Hello Everyone,
I have been running a small limited company (for more than 2 years) and I am the only person in the company. The company is registerred at my home address.
The question is how much of a chance I stand in getting a tier 2 sponsorship license ?
Looking the docs section, I can provide all the documents but I am not sure about the HR Compliancy that has been mentioned by UKBA on thier website and I don't even have an office since I work as free lawncer providing consultancy to different companies in thier offices.

Not exactly sure but doubt you will be able to secure a licence as you work as a freelancer. Are you looking to expand business? And is that the reason you want to employ more staff?
