Mate! Post the format of the 2 Employer's letters , some one could help you with the wording. Then you could get the final letter from your Employer.lxx wrote:Many thanksKevin24 wrote:Mate Good Luck with your appointment. Please post your PEO Experience.
Will definitely do that, just fingers crossed for a good result!

I actually had another problem - continued with my weekend job after being granted work permit, it's not at the same level as my full time job, well worried now in case they check my employment history with HMRC
Have ordered employment history from HMRC, wondering what was on it

How many hours were you working? And for how long after you got your WP?
I was about to dress in casual! Thanks for the reminder!Kevin24 wrote:If the ILR application is straight forward to the word, like yours. Also dressed in expensive Business Suit like you. CW was blown over and approved with out any further checks.Gagan1986 wrote:Normally 5year work permit toward ILR is straightforward so ALL THE BEST
The weekend job was paid by bank transfer, was paying tax but there was tax owed as HMRC got the wrong tax code. Did call them in 2007 to change the tax code (I swear it was true!) however for some reason they did not change it and now paying back by installments but not fully cleared yet. Shall I pay them off now?Gagan1986 wrote:How were you being paid for this employment? Were you paying tax on this? How different was it to your work permit employment?
You have to wait and see what comes up in your employment tax history. Have you already asked for one from HMRC? You should clear any taxes etc off anyway.lxx wrote:The weekend job was paid by bank transfer, was paying tax but there was tax owed as HMRC got the wrong tax code. It's totally different kind of job, the weekend one is just a cashier's job I started when I first came here.
Would CW check posts here??? I am afraid too much personal information given
Ordered employment history from HMRC yesterday, not sure if it would arrive before the appointment. Maybe it's also too late to clear the tax owed now, don't really have the moneyGagan1986 wrote:You have to wait and see what comes up in your employment tax history. Don't know CW won't check any posts here.
Also you don't have to dress in a business suit, smart casual will suffice
If the letter arrives early next week it would be before the appointment. HMRC people told me it would take up to 14 working days.Gagan1986 wrote:When is your PEO appointment?
You should get it by early next week, HMRC letter. If you receive the letter before applying, then you can formulate your ideas/reasoning accordingly.
If not then you will have to take it as it comes
