Form AN - Help

Hi,

I am filling the form AN and have a query for the following question and hope someone can help.

1.17 Please provide your addresses for the past five years. (Continue on page 13 if necessary)

For the current address, which date should I mention on TO DATE? Is it application submit date?

You can write : from Day Month Year to PRESENT

Hi CR001, thanks for you reply. Basically I have to enter some thing TO DATE filed. Do you mean wirte PRESENT next to where TO DATE box on the aplication?

You are anyways mentioning your current adderss on the first page along with move-in date - so no need to inlcude that address again in the list of 5 years ... just mention the past addresses before that in the chronological order.

So for example -

present address = A
move in date = 01/03/2013

Q 1.17 -

past adderss = B
From = 01/01/2013
TO = 28/02/2013

past address = C
From = 01/01/2012
To = 31/12/2012

and so on...

I did mention my present address and I left it blank, as I still live at this address there is no date I can provide. that was no problem, my app got approved, so leave it blank or as adviced by destiniation_london not even mention it.
