is there any restriction for a contractor?

is there any restriction for a contractor who i made contract with?
Basically I set up a Product design company. and I have a contract with a design pup up shop brand to sell my stuff. but the shop is not registered as company. it is running by a group of freelancer designers. would that be matter?

These is no restrictions on your client business status in guidance policy. So contract can be with Ltd company, self employed or indvidual person depending on type of your business.
