ILR SUCCESS PEO CROYDON

Post by itsmetheleo » Tue Mar 05, 2013 12:21 pm

Hi,

I got my ILR yesterday at PEO Croydon. I am a Self Employed Investment Consultant (Contractor - NO limited Compay stuffs).

I came to the UK in 2006 for my Masters and after my MSc I got my HSMP in 2008 and Tier1 in 2010.

Documents Submitted
1. Passport
2. LIUK

3. Holidays list- 172 days and no holidays more than 90 days
My company sent me for Business trip in 08 for 85 days so attached that letter.

4. Earning:
Invoices
NI Contribution
Accountant Letter
Bank Statements
Remittances from my Clients with my Invoice details and date and method of transfer to my account

5. Economic Activity
Employment History
Self Employment Assessment (I have an outstanding tax of 3500 but I arranged payment method with HMRC last year)

I got my ILR approval in just 3 hours and the Case worker was happy and said everything is perfect and straight forward.

Thank you ImmigrationBoards.com

Congratulations. Did you have a business account while contracting? Or the salary was coming in to your personal account?

Great news. I agree ukba is trying to improve service levels. Even my brp cards reached me within 3 working days.
Thanks!
