Tier1 general extension for new born baby

Hi,

I read through few threads that there is no need for any tier 1 extension visa for a new born baby in uk if the baby is not travelling outside UK, is this correct?

if yes, then at a later time if baby has to travel ouside uk, then what fees will be applicable to apply for baby visa, does that fees inlcude main applicant application fee + dependent visa fee or
just dependent visa fee for baby ?
