Tier 1 Dependent Pakistan. Online form

Hi Guys,

Could you please help me to find out the online form for PBS dependent vaf 10.

I called Gerrys Pakistan and booked an appointment for my wife and daughter. They advised me to fill up the online application form on
www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk

I have checked all the option but i cant see this category in the menu.
I have checked all the options but cant find out the PBS dependent form.
Has any one ever applied online from pakistan?
Could some one tell me please which option i need to select at Step 1, Step 2, 3 and 4.

Option is there under working cat. If you wud go there then u can find tier 1 G and then under dependant following the link; http://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/ApplyNow.aspx
