Traffic Warden was on duty very early in the morning at 7am(very unusual),left a penalty notice.
if a wheelchair user was to pass using that pavement, would it be justified? whats wrong is wrong!
Accepted. What's wrong is wrong. No issues.

Hi Kevin24, sh1981 and All,
Please note i spoke to Baliff to findout the status of the Penalties.
They told me that out of Six Penalties Five of them had been returned to council and one with them so i paid and cleared the one with baliff.
Then i rang council to findout the status of those Five penalties which was returned by Baliff to council and Council told me that these penalties had been cancelled Reason for cancellation: all Penalties have been cancelled due to expired warrants from the bailiffs
I had asked the advisor if i can pay them but he said he cannot open them as they are already closed and council is not going to take any further action and he had also sent me a mail saying the below
email is to confirm that the following parking fines have all been cancelled due to expired warrants from the bailiffsExpired Baliff Warrant returned
Experts please advice me what is my sistuation at the moment what shold i be doing ?
Thank you
Regards
Ferra

Is my understanding is correct,in assuming that the above fines have been cleared. No action by the council.ie:- your ILR is O.K? Good you acted fast.

Hi Kevin24,
I spoke to Nottingham Court and they told me they had sent the court letter in Dec 2011 to pay the amount in 15 days whcih i never received and i had been advised to complete two forms (xx, xx) and send it to Back to court and then they will send those to council and this might bring down the Penalty charges back to its original value.
But as the case had already gone throught the court i did not bother to do all those documentation and waste more time. So simply called the Baliff and paid the amount.
When i fill the Set(o) form do i have to declare that i had Penalty charge notices in the past ? I did not have any penalty in the current year in 2012 i had one which i paid all bout parking.
If i have to declare then the Five penalties which were cancelled by council will thic come under unspent conviction?
Thank you

Hi Kevin24,
Not all the solicitors have knowledge about the parking penalties.
i believe someone in this forum might have gone through this situation.
Will be good to take advice from the forum.
Thanks

Ok Mate agreed. I just had a look at Extensive CRB' Checks By Disclosure Scotland. It might be useful. Have a look . It might give some clarifications to your issues.
