Post by KALA2013 » Mon Mar 11, 2013 1:59 pm

Hi,

I am having my ILR appointment on 14th March. I need help on filling the following sections in the SET (O) form?

1. SOC code (or nearest applicable which best describes your employment) - I got this from my employee so no problem with this.
2. Current rate of Pay (as stated in the Codes of Practice – hourly rate or annual salary) - Per hour - What should I be filling??????
3. Current rate of Pay (as stated in the Codes of Practice – hourly rate or annual salary) - Per annum - Is this my actual salary or salary closest to the SOC Code. Please advice
4. Number of hours this salary is based on - Is this 37.5???
5. Number of weekly hours - This is 37.5 hrs

Kindly help.......

Thanks... I found the answer from the forum...

Bottom section of page 11 of form (relevant to WP):
BOX 1 : My SOC Code
BOX 2 : left blank as the corresponding salary for my SOC code was given 'annual'
BOX 3: the corresponding salary for my SOC code, not my actual salary.
BOX 4: 37.5
BOX 5: 1950 (37.5*52) -- this is exactly how I wrote it.
