I Git my coa in nov 2013; so still 4 minths before the decsion.... What r the chances to get 5 year resdent......Wife working.. paying taxes... Every thing up to criteria...

Just relax. As long as your EEA wife is working and you have provided all the documents required along with the application and the fee, it should be fine. Don't stress yourself about it. There's nothing you can do right now apart from wait.

The more you worry about this the crazier you will become. Forget it...get a job and keep out of trouble and everything should be ok.

Got my coa in Nov 2013; ukba said they will conclude the case in 6 months... So by may 2014; it will be completed, I hope on postove note... Felling very stressed out... Any advise... Any tips... I AM thinking ppstive, but still scared what to accept from ukbaa...

The best advice would be ,relax, enjoy the time with your partner and soon enough there will come a moment to celebrate or something to do but in between you have life to live

2013 Apr 1a issued on arrival at port spain
2013 Nov 1a issued after day trip france

People please advise me,, now i am working and tax is going... Will this have good affect on my case if ukba refuse my case again... Every thing rose is up to criteria...please share ur views... In 3 months i will surwly get ukba reply. I recved coa, in nov 2013..Any tips fuether ti make my case stronggg

by law you can continue working. You are not illigal because as a family member of an EU national you have the right to work in the UK

Merriage nikkah not recognize in most of islamic country from example and i am muslim nd its not recognize in my country or alot of countries . If that marriage guniune so should be normal marriage following right rules.nd nikah its islamic married its married for reason so ukba are awar about islamic married nd that type . Bytheway my married was islamic married ( of course not nikah ) nd was pleased from ukba .

I am in thé process of buying home.. i have family support financily,but this visa process making me scared, because i do not have visa get,,,, please advise,,, What i should do regardibg syarting à process to buy home,,, shall i wait for visa tgen buy home or start house process with my visa.. please share ur viewd

Tjanks ,,, but this house process is so long,,, i am doing good job now, Wife is doing goid job.

But now visa left,, deadline for visa is may 2014.... Coa recved in nov 2013

Friend be calm and dont be panic because he wont help u at all, jst wait for ukba next step, panic and fear wont change ukba decesion, jst find something ealse to keep ur self bussyyyy before the good news come ok.
