She even wont be able to board Any mode of transport from france to come to london.. because of her pregancy.. is in final weeks. Plz reply. Even the Directive and the EEA regulations provide for a woman to be absent for a period of 12 months for pregnancy or child birth purpose.
It will be odd if that can be used against her.
If your wife cannot come, then you could do a paternity test. That will keep them quite.
