post 1. before 12 jan 2015 :mrgreen:
before my hearing on 12 jan 2015, i think i will post 2 more time if there is need.

Materinty test done.
Joint statments have, bank, water bill, many many evidence husnabd, wife on same address
baby photos done.
have got atleast 25 passport photocopies of the people who have attened my wedding.
marriage register under english law.June 2013

Muslim nikah was done in april 2012, though ukba refused for the reason, the marriage is not registerted under english law.

so we have been trying since 2012 to get resident card.
wife working, payslips have, letter of evidence/support from her employer.

the hearing on 12 jan, will dicuss the issue of "marriage of convinence" "wife employment issue"

finally, we are meeting i think al the requirments to get the resident card. lets see.

i have spent atlest £6000 on ee2 application. yes.

any further advise?? ( i need to see doctor)

can there still be a issue, what do i need to prove to the judge now, can the judge give the decsion strighaway, because now i think my case is strightforward..

He still saying. Ukba can give hard time even after the baby and matrinty test. Reason because. In june 2013. Judge gave the reson that marriage is sham marriage.

I dont know what to say now. I am stress and pissed.. but my solictor say. He is giving me the image how ukba behave in court. .

What happens in court should be his job. I don't think that there is anything you can do about that actually.

You need to have provided him with all the details showing that your marriage is NOT sham marriage and that's about all you can do.

As we have been saying for the longest time, you should now relax and pass your evidence to the solicitor running your case.

I thought baby was strong evidence. But my solictor say last judge finding sham marriage. Will play some role...negative..

I dont know. I have not done murder why ukba might still give me hard time?

Strengths of my case. Metting all the criteria .. for resident card.

Bad points. Marruiage of convinence. Other judge said. But now have baby. Msterinty test done.

Got all the evidence from wife employer..

Any more trouble from ukba?? Plz tell me...

Man you are messed up for sure, how have you allow the matter to get so out of hands? Are you on antidepressants? What would you do with yourself now when you get RC? you've just about destroyed yourself, something is not right about you. You need to do a trace back to where things went wrong.
