ILR dependent

Post by palashpur » Wed Mar 13, 2013 4:17 pm

I applied for ILR(10years long residence) on January 2013. I am
waiting for ILR Visa. My wife and my son are my dependent. My son
was born in U.K. My wife visa will expire March 2013. Her visa is
tier 1 PSW dependent. I have to apply for her and save her from
over stay. Could you please clarify the following situation?
1.Which application form do I have to use for her visa application.
Is it FLR (O) or FLR(M)?
2.Does she need English language test? If which English test.
3.Do I have to apply for my son even though he was born in here?
4.Do I have to show any money in her or my bank account?
5.DO I need £18600 income per year for her application?
I would appreciate so much if you could please clarify my above
queries and explain the immigration rules regarding it and mention
the paragraph number.
Thanking you very much in anticipation.

Could you not vary her application to flr(m) now?
palashpur wrote:Hi, Thanks for your response. I made couple of mistake. I live in 2 bedroom flat. I took tenant agreement with my name. Now my rent is high. Although i gave rent 1 room. In Flr M application they ask everything. Such as is anybody live with you? As well Government law is if room rented for more then £4250. I have to pay tax. So if i mentioned my room mate name is it O.K
