Hi,

This is for a friend of mine:

He bought a restaurant (210K) and had his extension as he hired staff and met the requirement. Now he had an offer from someone to buy his restaurant for 250K which is a good offer, he is thinking of selling it and buying a small restaurant (100K) and obviously employments the same amount of staff.

Would this be ok?
