Hi all, I have a query regarding Adult dependent relatives. I got my ILR last week HSMP+Tier1.I want to sponsor my mother on my dependent she is 64 running 65. and widow last 18 years suffering such serious decease like depression, cancer and IBS she lives alone since I come here we have a lady who look after her but now doctor telling us that she needs mental warmness to healing her health. She is getting such nice amount of pension from government still I m sending money for her treatment. I am in this country since 2005 and I never sponsor anyone on my visa. Now I want to sponsor her on adult dependent visa pls can you tell me what sufficient funds I need to show them? do I need to show them again my earning band? Does she can get the visa on her health specially mental condition?(she taking medicine for stopping suicide feelings) I have a brother and sister but they lives separate and that’s the reason I didn’t get marry to look after her. Do I need to approach solicitor or I can put file myself. I am waiting you guys prompt reply, when I was on tier-1 I found my all questions answers on this forum and now again wishing you guys help me out. Thanks
