I overstayed my visa in Uk. I tried to switch to student visa in feb 2003. I did my nursing degree feb 2003 to feb 2006. My refusal only came march 2006 a month after finishing degree. I am zimbabwean and was advised to seek asylum and was refused. I returned voluntarily in dec 2006. I got a 5yr workpermit in 2007 and work visa was refused for previous immigration history (overstay). In dec 2010 i got a job with COS and visa was refused under 320(7b) and 5yr ban until dec 2011.

I have now been offered a job with COS as a psych nurse. What are my chances and how best to apply. Should i use solicitor. Last time i met all Tier2 requirements.
