Hi My friend overstayed and she got married 2 years ago to british man, she applied to home office and she got RESIDENCE PERMIT FOR 27 last year MONTH, she want to know how lond she will wait before she get IRL,

I beleive she will have to wait for 2 years after the visa was issued.

To be sure, can you confirm when the application was made.

hi the visa residence permit is dated 29/10/2012 expire at 29/10/2012
Will he apply for ILR
