Cant get PDF Forms to Edit

I have seen earlier posts regarding Nitro PDF - Can not get the latest forms to edit in PDF softwares, I tried a couple.

Is it not allowed in the latest forms now?
Is the only option is to Print and hand write them?

Thanks Vinny,

However I dont know what wrong I am doing - I open the form pdf in this software - what button do I click for the pdf to become editable?

I go to the section of form where I can type my name - nothing happens - I understand that this is not a tech support forum - however if you can help me please

Appreciated.

If you are using pdf-xchange viewer, then select the typewriter tool, under Tools > Comments and markup tools.
