Ommitted SP30 on my ILR, what to do for BC?

Post by zezezee » Tue Mar 19, 2013 3:44 pm

Hello everyone,

A year ago I succesfully got my ILR. I am now making my BC application.

In Jan 2009, I received an SP30 via a Majestrate Court and a fine of £165 for a speed violation. Paid it all and case closed. However, I completely unintentionally ommitted this when I filed my ILR. I was successfully granted my IRL.

Now I am making my BC application and going through the forms and guidelines, I realise that I need to declare this.

1. Whats the best way to mitigate this error please?
2. Did my ILR go through basically because the FPN was more than 3 years?
3. Would this affect my BC application?

Appreciate any response on this.

Thanks as usual!
