Address History - Naturalization Application

Hello,

I am applying for my naturalization in 2 weeks time.

I was going through the form which asks for your address history. I've moved in few times over last 5 years.

Now, do I have to put exact dates as I remember the month and year but not the exact date I moved into different properties?

Please advise.
