The problem here is COS should have a code. How is that with your list of Duties? Then you should choose that one. There shouldn;t be a big difference in Salaries? Employer will also will try to reduce and UKBA also must accept.ilrseekerlondon wrote:Kevin, yes it does mostly.

One more question n this topic.
The salary for soc 1132 is 15.88 per our but in my employer letter my annual salary is mentioned. Also there is no clear cut statement that my salary is above he soc code although sple calculation proves that. Well these two things cause an issue I.e.
A. Soc salary stated in hours in ukba doc and annual salary in my employer letter
B. no specific statement n employer letter that my salary is above the salary for this soc code.
