My sister is trying to go to Scotland to be with her husband serving in the RAF. she applied thru worldbridge for her application. worldbridge being the only point of contact had mislead her in applying for an exempt visa where she only had to pay a smaller fee and not have to do biometrics.
She had done her research prior to going into this and knew that something was amiss, but when she requested information on it and questioned the fee and biometrics they said that she did not have to do them and that she was going the right way.
After she had put her application in she kept questioning WorldBridge and they still said that she was fine until she got in contact with the visa center itself they said that she would not be eligible for that visa and that WorldBrige should not have told her that.
As her passport was tied up in the mess she was in constant contact with WorldBridge, but WorldBrige contact and complain section would not give full answers or even answers to her questions just general responses seeming to be cut and paste with file numbers that mean nothing.
With limited contact info and a complaint department that wont log a complaint I would like to get some help if I could. Worldbride caused financial hardship and emotional hardship to my sister and wont apologize or even acknowledge her.
paper trail tons of case #'s.
thank you
Jesse.
