Dependant visa UK born baby

Hi

I need to apply the dependant visa for my baby born in UK.

1) What all documents do I need to submit?
2) Do I need to submit salary slips along with the application?
3) Do I need to submit my and my wife's original passports and Biometric Card?

You need to submit

Your passport plus BM, wife passport plus biometric
Proof of maintenance
Full birth Certificate for the baby
Consent letter from wife that you applying for the baby visa.

actually I went peo for my baby at crydon and they referd the case to Sheffield as they were saying there is no consent letter from mother, so to avoid any problems just write few lines and signature.

@umer81 : Your comment about a consent letter comes as a surprise to me. No one has ever told about submitting a consent letter.
Did you not take your wife along in the appointment?

Secondly - did you submit original Passport + BRP for you and your wife or copies.
I think people have previously mentioned only submitting the photo copies and they got the child visa.

Yes we will be travelling this year sometime.

I am submitting my application by post and not by PEO.

so I am planning to submit the following docs

1) Photocopies of My and my wife's passport and BM card.
2) 90 days bank statement for maintainence funds.
3) Letter of consent to apply for visa from my wife.
4) Full Birth Certificate.
5) Photos of my baby

Is there anything I am missing?
