I suspect the ECO would have weighed his ties to his home country against his ties to the UK, and come to the unfortunate conclusion that his tie to you (i.e. partner) outweighed his ties to his home country (i.e. employment).Filly wrote:yes he will now just disgruntled as to why they said no? all paperwork was correct and they even told him they beleived all paperwork, just doubt he would return to country.
