Tier 1 General Extenstion

Hi,

I went to Belfast PEO Service for my Tier 1 General extension, I've submitted all the required documents correctly but some reason they put my application on hold due to the further verification's they want to do. I'm bit tension about this, could anyone please advise me, is it anyone face this situation?
and i'm a straight employer.
