Israeli Citizen marrying German in UK?

I am an Israeli citizen living in the UK for the past 6.5 years.

I studied for a Bachelors for 3 years, then had a post-graduate visa for 2 years, and now studying for my masters (about to finish).

I would like to marry my girlfriend, who is a German citizen.
If we marry now in the UK, how easy it is for me to apply for an EU family permit?

My friend, you need to book your wedding first with registrar after that get married and applied for EEA2 RC which will take approximately 6 months (could be less or more depending on your case) along with all the relevant documents (for that please go through the post here in forum and get details about it). hope this helps.

As you are already here so you do not need of it. Once you marry with EEA national who is excercising its treaty rights by working, studying, self employment, self sufficient you will automatically get right of residence. However, if you want its confirmation then you need to apply EEA2 residence permit.

No, you dont need to apply for family permit as you are already in country. You need to apply for EEA2 Residence card.

Regarding your right to work, you most likely get COA (confirmation of application letter) with right to work while your application is being processed. Just be carful regarding the documents you send with your application, which you can verify here in forum before you apply. Cheers.

Yes on completion of 10 years you can apply ILR but your EEA partner must have been excercising its treaty rights for the duration (3 years) you will spend with EEA2 RC.
