I do need urgent response please!!!
I intend applying for my entrepreneur visa from outside the UK. I have a Real Estate company. Is a real estate business one of the approved businesses.

note your job specification must be skilled up to or more than NVQ 4 TO CLAIM POINTS.

You dont need any past business experience to apply for Tier 1 Entrepreneur.

thanks monolyte.. However its still confusing though.. I have a masters in finance from the UK and my company is real estate... its in N4 and still in N3...what do you think?

It's not important at all.
You just need to show £200000 in your account
Maintain 90 days £3100 in your saving account
And as you have UK masters degree will score 10 points straightway in that.

Additional documents you need to prepare business proposal .

If you are applying outside UK it means you need to show £200,000. So you do not need to bother about NQF4 level. You can open any type of business you want.
