Cryodon peo - applicant more than 90 days of uk stay

It would be e great help if someone who was Tier 1 Applicant and has more than 90 days of out of uk stay and got his ILE thorugh Croydon peo can share his/her experience. I m looking for below information

- Despite of Dec 2012 rule change, does Croydon peo CW still ask for employer letter as absence proof for Tier1 applicant ?

- Did they ask for a reason if a tier 1 does not respond on question D2 ( more than 3 month out of uk stay related) ?

Your response would be a great help. I am tier 1 G applicant with 112days of work related contnuous out of uk stay in 2010. i have employer letter for 60 days but no letter for remaining 2 months . i have an appointment booked in croydon peo next week and need t o decide should i apply through post or go in person ? A bit confused on what will be the safer approach as Tier 1 G applicant.
